Make your order
Please utilise the Order Form below to inform us about the digital assets you wish to purchase. We will verify the viability of your order and contact you within 24 hours to provide a method of payment.
Send a picture of any Goverment issued ID
You will be requested to provide a photograph of any government-issued ID, accompanied by a handwritten note of the current date. Proof of address may also be required. Upon completion of these steps, Cryptie will finalise your order. If you are a returning customer who has previously completed this process, you will not need to do so again.
Retention period
For orders exceeding 1000 euros, Cryptie retains your assets for an additional 14 days prior to releasing them to you. During this period, Cryptie can accommodate emergency requests, such as selling coins back into Euros. Following the 14-day retention period, your coins will be dispatched to you, or you can request that Cryptie continue to store them on your behalf in our secure backup storage service.
