Step 1
Complete the form below to initiate contact with Cryptie. We may request further information to fully comprehend the transaction conditions.
Cryptie will then draft an agreement and reach out to the other involved parties. The escrow process will commence once all parties agree to the terms of the agreement.
Step 2
Typically, all parties transfer their assets to Cryptie. These are securely held in temporary storage until all escrow conditions are fulfilled.
The additional escrow fee can be paid by one party or shared among all parties. This decision would have been made during the initial Escrow Scope step.
Step 3
Cryptie will hold the assets until all escrow conditions are fulfilled.
The completion of the escrow process could be as soon as both parties have transferred their assets to Cryptie, or it may require additional time for other escrow conditions to take place.
The Escrow Peroid will continue until either all conditions are met or the agreed-upon deadline is reached.
Step 4
Upon completion of the Escrow Period, Cryptie determines the transaction outcome as either successful or unsuccessful. All parties are notified of the result and provided with supporting evidence.
At this stage, any dissatisfied party may lodge a claim, which Cryptie will thoroughly investigate.
If the escrow is deemed successful, asset transfer will proceed. If a condition was not met and the escrow transaction fails, assets will be returned to their original owners and half of the Escrow Charge will be refunded.
